The information contained in this website is provided in good faith and is illustrative only. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty of a products’ availability or its in-store price. Gigliola reserves the right to amend, add or remove any information in this site at any time without notice.

All monetary amounts are expressed in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All items featured on this site are also for sale within our physical store located in Diamond Creek. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that your online purchase is seamless there may be occasion when an item has been purchased by another customer in our store within minutes of your online order.

If this should happen, Gigliola will contact the supplier to see if we can order the item in for you which might add an additional week to the delivery of your order. Gigliola reserves the right to cancel an online sale if the product is not available for any reason. No payment will be collected until we have the item ready to send out to you.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment via Afterpay, PAYPAL, Visa and Mastercard on this site. You can also make payments using your Visa or Mastercard over the phone if you would prefer to contact the store directly on (03) 9438 4385.

Afterpay

Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay. All of your payments are interest free and you will receive your order straight away. 

1. At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website to set up or log into an account and process your order. 
2. Register or login into Afterpay to confirm your order. All registered users will need a valid debit or credit card, to be at least 18 years of age and to live in Australia.
3. You will then be redirected to the Gigliola Boutique website to receive your order confirmation.   

When you place your first order using Afterpay, the first installment will be charged at the time of purchase. Following that, each installment will be deduced from your debit/credit card each fortnight. For all of your future orders using Afterpay, your first installment will be deducted within 14 days. At the time of purchase, the full Afterpay schedule will be outlined for you.

Picking up orders from store

You can also choose to pick up your online order at the Diamond Creek store. To do this, proceed with making your online purchase as usual, then choose the "pick up from store" option, in the payment method section. You have 48 hours to pick up your ordered items from the store after which time your order will be cancelled automatically and without further notice and the stock will be returned to the shop floor. We are flexible, so if you need more time please call the store on (03) 9438 4385 to discuss your requirements with one of our staff members.

For store picks please note we accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Cash.

Gigliola Gift Voucher

If you have a Gigliola Gift Voucher that you would like to use towards your online purchase please contact the store on (03) 9438 4385 or info@gigliola.com.au and have your voucher ready to reference. A sales assistant will help you complete the transaction over the phone.

RETURNS

For purchases made in store

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided that the item is returned in its original re-sellable condition* with tags attached and that proof of purchase is shown. No refund will be given for change of mind.

A credit note can be issued (with 60 day validity) in the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange item.

No exchanges will be granted for specials or heavily reduced items. There is signage in store denoting where this condition applies.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, every attempt will be made to replace the item with a new one that is identical. If this is not possible, you will be given a full refund provided that the item is returned within 14 days of its original purchase.

For purchases made online

All online purchases may be returned for a refund provided that you adhere to the following conditions:

The item is shipped back to the Diamond Creek store within 14 days of purchase. The cost of postage for the return is at the customer’s expense and it is recommended that a trackable shipping method is used. Gigliola does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the goods back into the store. Please note that postage charged by Gigliola on original sale will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the card or Paypal account which was used for the original purchase. 

All returned items must be in its original re-sellable condition* with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

If you have purchased the wrong size, please ensure that you contact the store on (03) 9438 4385 immediately so that we can put aside the correct size for you. The same above-mentioned policy applies in that the original item must be returned in person or shipped back to the store (at your own expense) within 14 days of purchase. Gigliola will cover the cost of delivery for one exchange once the original item has been received back in to store. The delivery cost of any additional exchanges will be at the customers expense, regardless of the item's cost. 

In the event of a manufacturing fault, every attempt will be made to replace the item with a new one that this identical. If this is not possible, you will be given a full refund provided that the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

*Original re-sellable condition – In all instances returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items which smell of perfume or deodorant will automatically be returned to the customer so please take due care when trying on your purchases. Gigliola reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not adhere to these conditions.
