Gigliola uses Australia Post for the shipment of all packages.
Standard Parcel Post Australia wide is free for purchases over $150 (usually 3 to 5 business days)*. Purchases under $150 will be charged $5.95 for standard post.
Express Post Australia wide $9.95 (usually 1 to 2 business days)* This method has better tracking capabilities than standard post.
Gigliola is currently offering FREE local delivery within approx 10km of the Diamond Creek 3089 postcode. These deliveries are usually conducted on Tuesdays & Fridays. You will receive a text message confirmation once it has been dropped off.
* Head to the Australia Post websiteto obtain a more accurate estimation of delivery times. All packages are dispatched from Diamond Creek Victoria (3089). Note that delivery times have increased due to COVID-19.
International Post - We offer a flat fee of $20 to New Zealand, and $30 to the United Kingdom, United States of America and the rest of the world via the Australia Post Pack and Track service.
Every effort will be made to dispatch your online purchase on the same day as payment has been received. The time frames noted above are an indication only and are not guaranteed. If goods are purchased on public holidays or weekends, please allow for a few extra days for the delivery to be received.
If a delivery is attempted while no one is home Australia Post will either leave your item at your door or leave you a card instructing you pick up the package from your local Australia Post outlet.
If your goods are lost in transit Gigliola will endeavour to assist you to the best of our ability to locate your items and we may ask you to also contact Australia Post to provide any relevant information. If the item is confirmed as lost during transit by Australia Post, your goods will be replaced or refunded. Other scenarios will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
All online purchases may be returned for a refund provided that you adhere to the following conditions:
Email us on email@example.com to advise that you would like to return the item within 14 days of purchase. You will then be provided with our return address.
The cost of postage for the return is at the customer’s expense and it is recommended that a trackable shipping method is used. Gigliola does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the goods. Please note that postage charged by Gigliola on original sale will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the card, Afterpay or Paypal account which was used for the original purchase.
All returned items must be in its original re-sellable condition* with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items not received in their original state will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
If you have purchased the wrong size, please ensure that you contact the store on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can put aside the correct size for you. The same above-mentioned policy applies in that the original item must be returned in person or shipped back to the store (at your own expense) within 14 days of purchase. Gigliola will cover the cost of delivery for one exchange once the original item has been received back in to store. The delivery cost of any additional exchanges will be at the customers expense, regardless of the item's cost.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, every attempt will be made to replace the item with a new one that this identical. If this is not possible, you will be given a full refund provided that the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
*Original re-sellable condition – In all instances returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items which smell of perfume or deodorant will automatically be returned to the customer so please take due care when trying on your purchases. Gigliola reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not adhere to these conditions.
