So we invite all our loyal shoppers to join our Gigliola Rewards Program.

Once signed up online, you will receive:

  • 1 x $20 voucher that will be instantly credited* to your account (just because!)
  • 1 x $20 voucher for every 300 points earned instore or online.
  • 1 x $20 voucher for your birthday each year so you can treat yo’ self!

Creating an online Gigliola account is super easy.

Both new and existing customers can click HERE to sign up for or log in to an existing account.

If you are having trouble logging into your existing online account, please request a password reset rather than creating a new account altogether (that way you won’t have duplicate accounts!).

So here is where it gets a little confusing (just bear with us on this one!)

If you’ve been in-store and created an account that’s great, however, we ask that you ALSO create an online account too. 

This comes down to protecting your privacy as you must have your own password for your account which is something you can only create online as we can’t do that for you in-store.

But the good news?

Once the online account is created with the same email address that you created your in-store account with, then your points all sync up (hallelujah!).

Nope! If you haven’t created an account in-store that’s absolutely fine - an online account is all you need to receive your vouchers.

As mentioned above, if you do have an in-store account that you created a while ago that’s no problem at all - just make sure that moving forward you also create an online account so we can pool all your points together if you choose to shop online as well. The most important thing to note here is that you use the same email address for both accounts otherwise we will not be able to sync your points together automatically.

For every $1 you spend on FULL PRICED items in-store or online at Gigliola, you will receive 1 point!

So you’ve made an online account?

Great! 

Simply LOG IN to your account and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on GIGLIOLA POINTS BALANCE.

All redeemable vouchers under your account will show here. Then copy and paste the one voucher number into the ‘discount box’ at checkout’ and VOILA!

PS. You MUST have an online account to access your vouchers online (even if you already have an in-store account). Click HERE to log into an existing account or to create a new account.

If you are shopping in our physical store, our staff can search for your voucher on your behalf as long as they are still valid.

Simply copy and paste the one voucher number into the ‘discount box’ at checkout’ and VOILA!

Yep, vouchers can be redeemed on purchases over $50 in-store or online. Rewards vouchers can not be used during sale promotions unless otherwise stated.

Only one voucher can be used per purchase. 

But you know what that means

If you have multiple vouchers you get to shop with us multiple times (yay!).

Once vouchers have been issued you have 60 days to redeem them in-store or online (and we KNOW you’ll have no problem finding a little somethin’ somethin’ in that time!)

If for whatever reason you can’t find your voucher (we totally get it, it happens!), when you log into your account, you will be able to access the unique code to redeem your voucher amount (as long as it is still valid).

Gigliola Rewards Terms and Conditions:

  • Gigliola reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time
  • Coupons can be redeemed once
  • If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit
  • Loyalty points are not earned on discounted items
  • Customers entire points balance will expire if they haven’t earned or spent points within 12 months
