Meet Renee Gipp, the founder and owner of Mumlife Stickers.
Renee is a mother of two energetic boys and knows the real struggles of ‘mum life’, having been a solo parent herself for most of motherhood, who was juggling mummy duties and crazy work hours, prior to Mumlife Stickers.
After facing her struggles and connecting with likeminded mums, she then made the decision to pour every ounce of love and energy into her little sticker business, creating new ways of making a difference to Australian families.
From Mumlife Stickers, grew the Mumlife Community, an online support network designed to connect mums with mums, to reduce that feeling of loneliness and isolation through local mummy meets Australia wide.
Mumlife Stickers is more than just a business - it’s a journey, a movement, and a community, born from love and built from consistency.
"The best thing about being a Boss Mum, is being able to always be there for my little ones, or if i am having a day when I just need to take some time to fill my cup up, I can and work around looking after myself.
I think when you're a boss mum, there isn't really much of a balance at most of times, but you find ways to switch off and make choices and routines so you can share your energy around.
The advice I would give, is you need to be prepared to hold on, to throw everything you've got at it and be prepared to fail and try again constantly. I would also suggest that making a list of why you want this, so you can always look back when times get tough".
